Is 2FA required for users signing in with SSO?
Internal users using SSO will not be required to go through 2FA.

Is 2FA required for the Share client applications?
2FA is only required for accessing iManage Share web portal. 2FA is not required for:

• Share Agent and Share plug-in as they are trusted applications.

• Share Sync, Share for iOS and Share for Android.

As an administrator, I plan to enforce 2FA to all users in the organization. Is it possible to enforce it selectively?
No.

Can users enable and disable 2FA from their account settings?
Yes, if not enforced by the users company administrator.

What happens when users sign in using a username and password?
Users are forced to set up 2FA.
