Reassigning User Content

You must reassign content from one user to another in iManage Share, if a particular user is no longer a part of the company.

  1. Select the images/download/thumbnails/5052551/Blue-Down_Arrow.png icon next to your name at the top.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. On the Users tab, select on the user account that you want to reassign the content.
    The User Information screen is displayed.

  4. Select Delete User. The Delete User dialog box appears where you must provide the email address of the user to whom the content must be reassigned.

  5. Enter the email address and select Continue.

  6. Select Reassign & Delete.

All the content from the previous user is reassigned and appears as images/download/thumbnails/5052551/Reassigned_content.png on the side bar of the assigned user's Company View screen.

CAUTION:

  • The administrator who initiated the content reassignment receives an email notification.

  • The user to whom the content has been reassigned also receives an email notification.
