Activity

iManage Share enables you to view the list of activities for a Private or Shared folder. For example, you can see any created or deleted documents, published documents, sub-folders that were moved or copied, or the sub-folders that were updated with newer document versions.

Select the icon at the top of the screen.
A list of document events is displayed under the ACTIVITY tab.
Select View All at the bottom of the list to view the activities in full screen mode.
Select the Tasks tab to see any tasks that were processed.
(Optional) Select Clear tasks to clear the list.

NOTE:

Select Mark all as seen if you have viewed the recent activity list.
